This Privacy Policy describes how AlleyCat Digital ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Neon Blast: Chain Puzzle (the "App"), available on Google Play.
1. Information We Collect
We do not directly collect any personal information from users of the App. The App does not require account registration, login, or submission of any personal details.
However, the App uses third-party services that may collect certain data automatically. Please see Section 3 for details.
2. Data Stored Locally
The App stores the following data locally on your device only using browser/app storage:
- Your high scores and game progress
- Tutorial completion status
- Sound preferences
- Daily challenge completion records
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data including:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, OS version, and language
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
This data is used to serve personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent preferences. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), a consent prompt will be shown on first launch in accordance with GDPR requirements.

To opt out of personalised advertising, you can adjust your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (Android) and reset or opt out of your Advertising ID.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
5. Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data directly, there is no retention period applicable on our end. Data collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own retention policies.
6. Your Rights (EEA / GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data held about you by third-party services used in this App. Please refer to Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com for data managed by Google.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
